Ginger Tea

The highlight of my day: ginger tea.I've been having a really hard time with bronchitis lately, but today I got a message from mom saying that ginger tea is a good cure. So, Andy went out and picked up a nice big chunk of fresh ginger and some honey. I heard him chop chopping in the kitchen and soon he came out with some strong smelling tea. Normally I am not a huge fan of ginger, but when I tasted this tea it was like heaven. I could hear angles singing, the room brightened, I stopped coughing, and for a few minutes I was in ecstasy. Oh wow, it was some good tea!

Here's how to make it:
-boil some water
-chop some chunks of fresh ginger
-let the ginger soak in the hot water for 5- 10 minutes
-add honey to taste
