This is a very housewife'ish post, but I just can't help myself. Andy and I have been in California for almost a month now, but we still don't have a couch. Our apartment has a very open and cavernous feeling without much furniture. (Andy loves it.) In Virginia, we sold most of our furniture to make the move across the US easier. (sure...) When we got here we were so frustrated by owning the things that we did, that we decided to get rid of even more stuff and not buy anything new for our apartment. After sitting at our dining room table (family heirloom, couldn't give that away) for almost a month now, we are ready for a couch. Finally! The hard table chairs just don't cut it for hanging out, reading, and watching movies. I'll take a couch now, thank you very much!
So I was thinking, when we get a couch it would be fun to have some artsy throw pillows on it. Check out the awesome throw pillows below. Guess what, I created them! Well, not the pillows, but the art on them, yes. I put some of my photographs and artwork on
Society6. It is so much fun, I can turn my artwork into pillows, iphone covers, greeting cards, tshirts...all sorts of stuff, and sell it too. Anyway, I am totally digging these pillows and can't wait for a couch to display them on.
